THE BATTLE
The DTU battle competition is an epic showdown of the best of the best!
Qualifying teams from the preliminary round are selected and invited to perform in the Battle, hoping to win the coveted Battle Cup.
The atmosphere is unlike any other!
SOLO & OFFICER CHAMPIONSHIP
Dance Team Union's Solo & Officer Championship 2026 - culminating in semifinal and final rounds in person in Orlando, FL on February 5-6, 2026 - will be our biggest and best ever!
Dancers who advance to the semi-final and final rounds will perform in-person at our National Championship in Orlando, FL!
AWARDS
Each team routine that makes it to the final round at Nationals will receive a finalist trophy.
All of our teams who earn a
National Championship title will receive:

The Spirit Showdown category is an additional opportunity for teams to show the audience something that is entertaining, fresh, new and unique to their program. It also allows teams to take creative risks with very few rules and to have fun!
