PAYMENT POLICIES

CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

Any changes or cancellations for regional competitions or virtual championships made up to 24 hours prior to the event will be credited to your DTU account. Changes or cancellations made within 24 hours of your event will not be credited or refunded. 

Refunds can be requested by emailing registration@danceteamunion.com.

NO-SHOWS

If you are unable to attend your event after you register and you do not let us know by emailing us at registration@danceteamunion.com, no refunds will be given.

SCHOOL PO NUMBERS

We will accept a PO from your school as means of a temporary payment while we wait for your school check to arrive in the mail. Checks must arrive within 30 days after your event. 

You can send your PO to registration@danceteamunion.com and let us know an estimated time frame of when we will receive your school check. 

CRITIQUES & SCORESHEETS

Judges' critiques and scoresheets will not be released until full payment has been received.

UNPAID BALANCES

If there is an open balance on your DTU account and you register for a new event, your registration will not be processed until the open balance has been paid.
