HOW TO QUALIFY

To qualify for a bid, All Star teams must declare their intent to accept a bid by 12:00 p.m. the Friday before the specified DTU event. Submit your bid intent form by clicking the link below!
 

 

 

BID AWARDS - Regional Events

• First bid goes to the highest score of the competition of eligible teams

• Second bid goes to the highest score of a Junior team, if not already awarded

*If a Junior team has already won, the bid will go to the second highest score

• Third bid goes to the highest score of a Youth team, if not already awarded

*If a Youth team has already won, the bid will go to the third highest score

• Fourth bid goes to the highest Mini Team, if not already awarded

*If a Mini team has already won, the bid will go to the fourth highest score

 

BID AWARDS - The Rankings (will award all bids at the end of the series in February)

• One bid goes to the highest score in each age division (Open, Senior, Junior, Youth, Mini)

• The remaining seven bids go to the next seven highest scores 

 

BID AWARDS - Nationals (PAID)

• PAID Bids: Three bids go to the three highest scores

• AT-LARGE Bids: 

  • One bid goes to each of the two highest scores in each age division (Open, Senior, Junior, Youth, Mini)

  • The remaining six bids go to the next six highest scores

DTU will notify teams who have earned a bid at the awards ceremony for their event.
