EVENT STAFF POSITIONS
Dance Team Union is seeking passionate individuals for contracted event staff positions. If you are enthusiastic about our company and the dance team industry, and you want to play a vital role in creating the best experience for our coaches and teams at camps and competitions, we want you on our team!
Learn more about the expectations and requirements for each position in the DTU Crew below. We accept applications for event staff year-round and begin the hiring process a few months before the start of the camp or competition season.

Time of year for Camp Instructors: Weekdays and weekends from May through September
Time of year for Routine Choreographers: Contracted per routine starting in November

Registration Coordinator
The principal duties of the Registration Assistant are to execute communication regarding registration of coaches, participants, and spectators for DTU’s regional, virtual and national competitions and its summer camps. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring all participants are accurately registered, payments are processed, and event-day operations run smoothly. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to manage large volumes of data, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service to dancers, coaches, and spectators.
