The DTU 4 You Initiative is designed to highlight the many ways Dance Team Union supports and invests in our programs beyond competition day. This initiative showcases the added value, resources, and community support that make DTU more than just an event provider — we’re a partner in your program’s success.

The Rebel Award:

We are proud to partner with Rebel Athletic to recognize teams at the DTU National Championship and the College Classic National Championship with our “Rebel Award.”

Winners of the Rebel Award will receive custom Rebel Athletic uniforms valued at up to $11,250! Click HERE to learn more.

The Battle Award:

As part of our collaboration with Rebel Athletic, Battle winners at our annual DTU National Championship and The College Classic will win custom team back packs!

The Jo & Jax Style Award:

We are proud to partner with Jo & Jax to recognize teams at the DTU National Championship and The College Classic for their strong sense of style, originality, and confident performance quality.

The Kendra Scott Award:

Kendra Scott provides a beautiful piece of jewelry to our Regional Grand Champions and top soloists at our National events. Kendra Scott aligns with DTU’s values of giving back, empowering youth to be bold and encourage hard work and strong ethics.

Classic Award:

Specific to collegiate programs, DTU offers the opportunity to earn funds specifically for The College Classic Registration. There are multiple ways throughout the season to earn these Classic Awards. Click HERE to learn more.

The DTU Pro Award:

At our Summer Group Camps, attendees have the opportunity to earn The DTU Pro Award, which includes an invitation and scholarship to a Prodigy Dance Convention event. Click HERE to learn more about Prodigy.

Road To Nationals Contest:

DTU’s motto, “We’re Here For You,” continues to drive our commitment to supporting teams. The Road to Nationals Contest is our annual summer contest on Instagram for both DTU Nationals and The College Classic. This provides an opportunity for participants to earn funding toward their Nationals travel. The winning team will receive $250 per participant, up to 12 participants, for a maximum of $3,000!

Paid Bids to DTU Nationals:

At our Regional Competitions, our Grand Champion will be awarded with a partial paid bid to the following year's National Championship.

In our virtual series, The Rankings, the top scoring school routines in each style are awarded advancement to finals OR a partial paid bid to our National Championship for the following season.

Coach Conference Bids:

Staying connected with our coaches is one of our top priorities at DTU. We attend State Coach Conferences all across the country. There, we offer bids that range in amount to our DTU National Championship, The College Classic and many other DTU events.

Paid Bids to The Rankings:

Teams attending a DTU Unity or Community camp during the summer are automatically enrolled in the Summer Rankings series, where they receive professional feedback from DTU judges to help kick start their season. Winning teams will earn a FREE entry to the virtual series of The Rankings taking place during our competition season. Click HERE to learn more.

International Bids:

We’re excited to officially announce a new collaboration between Dance Team Union and Addicted2Dance — creating even more opportunities for dancers and teams across Colombia to take the next step toward the DTU experience in the United States.

Through Addicted2Dance events in Bogotá, Medellín, Pereira, and Barranquilla, teams and soloists will now have the opportunity to earn exclusive bids and qualifications to DTU Nationals and College Classic.

Paid Bids to the All Star Worlds Championship:

DTU awards bids to All Star dance teams at our regional, virtual, and national events, qualifying them to compete at the Allstar World Championship (ASWC) hosted by the Open Championship Series. These bids come with financial assistance to help teams attend this prestigious event. Click HERE to learn more.

DTUSA:

Through an exciting collaboration with the Allstar World Championship, athletes now have the opportunity to represent the United States at the largest single-event cheer and dance championship in the world. DTU covers the cost of competition fees, Universal park tickets and exclusive support for expenses from our many sponsors. Click HERE to learn more.

The Kendra Scott Scholarship Fund:

We’re excited to offer this financial opportunity, made possible by our generous partner, Kendra Scott! Kendra Scott gives 20% of all sales proceeds made at our regional and nationals events toward a scholarship for programs submitted in the fund. DTU Athlete Scholarships:

We are thrilled to offer this opportunity to dancers or cheerleaders who exemplify the admirable qualities that align with DTU's mission of being bold, authentic, and fostering an environment where all teams can thrive by being uniquely themselves. This form is designed for coaches to nominate individuals participating in a DTU event to earn financial assistance. Scholarship opportunities range from $200 - $500.
