Backstage Manager
Position Summary
Backstage managers greet, check-in and interact with coaches and dancers during their time backstage before their performance. They also communicate with the warm-up room staff and the tabulators at the judging table to keep the competition running and on-time. Backstage managers set the tone of the team experience and are often recognized by our clients for their fun and outgoing energies.
Requirements
Ability to correctly announce routines on stage with energy and positivity
Energetic, upbeat, and encouraging personality that uplifts dancers and coaches
Skill in engaging and socializing with dancers in a professional and fun manner
Strong communication and organization skills
Ability to maintain competition pacing and event timing alongside the Warm-Up Manager and Assistant Tabulator
All DTU Crew members have the following requirements:

5+ years of experience in dance/dance team

Ability to travel on Fridays and Mondays between November and February

Capability to fly out of major US airports

Positive attitude and willingness to assist clients

Valid US driver's license or passport

Approved background check
