Something special about my team is that we have re-built this program from the ground up. Every season we've embraced the challenge of raising the standard, and our dancers have bought into a culture of hard work, accountability and team-first leadership. They do not take shortcuts, they pride themselves on earning each accomplishment together.
I have a really strong team this year and I am looking forward to continue chasing big goals, seeing hard work show up when it matters the most and showing what this team is capable of!
What I love most about DTU that you feel cared for as coaches, dancers, and human beings. It's more than just a competition - it's a community. The support, communication and genuine passion that goes in to providing teams with the best experience is what makes DTU so special. The educational experience of competition is super important to me when it comes to my dancers, and I can say with certainty that we've never walked away from a DTU event without having learned something.
