WAIVERS

We will need all your dancers to complete a medical waiver. This includes any alternates that will be attending the competition. Click here to view instructions on how to send your waivers to your dancers’ guardians through your online registration account. If you attended a DTU Camp in 2023 and we already have medical waivers for ALL of your dancers on file, you can skip this step.

PAYMENTS

All payments are due 2 weeks prior to your event. School checks, booster checks, money orders, cashier checks, or credit card payments will be accepted as payment.

Personal checks will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender if received. Please include your invoice number as well as team/spectator name in the memo of checks to ensure the payment is applied to the correct invoice for your group. All check payments should be made out to Dance Team Union and sent to the mailing address below:

​All credit card payments must be made through your online registration account. A 3.7% fee will be added to all credit card payments.

MUSIC

We will not be accepting music on-site. You will need to upload your routine music to your online registration account at least 3-days prior to the competition.

 

 

HEALTH & SAFETY

We will be operating each event according to the health and safety guidelines set by each host school’s administration. We will relay any location-specific information to you via email prior to the event.

 

 

COMPETITION SCHEDULE

Draft competition schedules will be sent out via email about 10 days prior to the event. You will have 48 hours to submit any time conflicts regarding the schedule. We will do our best to accommodate your requests but cannot guarantee any changes. We will send out a final event schedule the week of the event.

We are going CASH-LESS!! We will only be accepting credit card and debit card payments at admissions and our DTU Store.
