Alyssa Hemphill
Alyssa Hemphill is a nationally accomplished dancer, coach, choreographer, and adjudicator based in Georgia, with extensive coaching experience. She began her career in all-star cheer and dance, earning nine national championships across NDA, UCA, and NDA Nationals prior to college. Alyssa continued her competitive career with the University of Memphis Pom Squad, where the team earned the Division IA Hip Hop National Championship and represented Team USA.
Alyssa also spent four years as an NDA staff member, where she deepened her understanding of the art of teaching dance, instructed hundreds of dancers nationwide, and experienced significant professional growth as an educator and leader. Following her collegiate experience, she coached at both the middle and high school levels, leading teams to two national pom championships, and performed professionally as a USFL cheerleader. Currently, Alyssa teaches technique, hip hop, jazz, and private lessons at a competitive studio, choreographs and consults for teams throughout the Metro Atlanta area, and serves as a GHSA dance judge in Georgia. She is committed to developing technically strong performers and advancing excellence within the dance community
