Shan Stavropoulos

Shan began dancing at the young age of three in sunny California and has continued
her dance career for 21 years as the coach and choreographer for the nationally
ranked Millard West Dance Team. Under her direction, the team was crowned UDA
National Champions in 2009 and National Champion Runner-Ups in 2011 and 2021.
They also obtained 12 Nebraska State title awards. Some of her other accolades
include 19 Best Choreography Awards, being a 4-time recipient of the Coaches
Leadership Award and was named MBJ’s Top 40 Under 40. She has choreographed
for the University of Iowa, the University of Nebraska Wesleyan, and the University of
Nebraska-Omaha, as well as instructed at Nebraska Dance, Kitty Lee and
coached/choreographed for the No Limits Senior All-Star Team. She was also the
Director and Choreographer of the United Football League's - Omaha Nighthawks
Professional Cheerleaders and Dance Team and is currently a Regional/National
Championship judge for Dance Team Union.
