As a dance professional with over 16 years of experience, Sarah Adams is a distinguished instructor, choreographer, and coach known for her expertise in multiple dance disciplines. Her commitment to excellence has been evident in her extensive training, notable achievements, and her impact as an instructional coach in the education sector. Sarah is classically trained in the Vaganova ballet technique, a testament to her dedication to mastering the art of dance.
