Sarah Adams
As a dance professional with over 16 years of experience, Sarah Adams is a
distinguished instructor, choreographer, and coach known for her expertise in multiple
dance disciplines. Her commitment to excellence has been evident in her extensive training,
notable achievements, and her impact as an instructional coach in the education sector.
Sarah is classically trained in the Vaganova ballet technique, a testament to her dedication
to mastering the art of dance. Beyond ballet, she has excelled in competitive training in jazz,
contemporary, and hip-hop, showcasing her versatility across various dance genres. Her
dance journey has been enriched by collaborations with industry professionals, including
Tina Caspary, Dee Caspary, Mia Michaels, and NappyTabbs. Sarah's dance skills extend to
the competitive stage, where she has not only captained her Pom line at Mountain View
High School to three consecutive Division 1 5A AIA State Titles but has also contributed
significantly as the assistant Pom coach, guiding teams to two consecutive National Titles
and four Division 1 5A AIA State Titles. In her professional career, Sarah serves as an
instructional coach in Tempe, showcasing her ability to apply coaching principles to foster
growth and excellence in both students and colleagues. Her commitment to
student-centered coaching aligns seamlessly with her values of fair judgment and
constructive feedback. Sarah Adams prides herself in bringing a unique blend of artistic
