Kelly Dean Bailey

Kelly was a dancer and gymnast growing up in Texas, and began competitive school dance team at the junior high level. She won Miss Dance/Drill Team USA at 17, and traveled to Japan where she was runner-up to Miss Dance/Drill Team International. She choreographed throughout college for All Star teams, high school & college dance teams and cheerleaders, and taught for UDA during her summers in college. After graduation, she taught school in her hometown and coached her junior high team to win the national championship. In her time since then, she has judged for UDA, American Dance & Drill Team, and through the Judges Association of Minnesota (JAM) Dance Teams. Since moving to Kentucky in 2012, she has worked as a coach for the The Vision All Stars, and has coached and choreographed for a number of school teams in the Louisville area. Kelly has two daughters in college who dance too, and lives and works in Louisville with her husband and 3 cats.
